Our customers' experiences are the cornerstone of our company. Please keep in mind we are not selling toasters that can simply be put back on the shelf – these are custom made products. As such, please ask as many questions of us as necessary to ensure that you get the blind or shades precisely as you expect them. This is why we offer free samples and customer service via phone, chat or email.
Color Accuracy
Due to the limitations of scanners and the relative inconsistencies of various display settings on monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be an accurate representation of the actual product.
We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolute. Furthermore, some of our products are naturally grown and stained and it is useful to order samples to see the small variations in texture, color, and feel. We recommend you receive a sample of any product shown on our site, please visit the samples area of our website and we will gladly send you your free samples. You will find the link on the homepage of our website.
Paylessdecor.com cannot be held responsible for exchanging or refunding of orders on the basis of color when samples are not requested within 90 days prior to placing your order unless the product is defective. In addition, we recommend ordering all blinds and shades at the same time so the same dye is used in your product.
Measuring Disclaimer
As the goods, which you order, are custom manufactured according to the measurements you provide us in your order, it is very important that they are accurate. Regretfully, we cannot accept the return of the goods by reason of the measurements provided being incorrect. Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale in the ordinary course of business. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order. Free Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders above $35 within the continental United States for all products other than those above certain sizes listed on www.paylessdecor.com/shipping. Shipping is free for ground shipments only. If you are purchasing a small sample blind, let us know when you place your larger order and we will be happy to credit you the initial shipping fee.
Production and Shipping Times
Payless Décor makes every effort to provide a quality product to your door as quickly as possible. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all completion times are estimates and your order may arrive within a reasonable range before or after this estimate. Two exceptions to this are 1) products guaranteed to be shipped or free listed on www.paylessdecor.com/shipping, and 2) if you choose to upgrade to rush production when placing your order. If you choose to upgrade your order and it is not shipped by the prescribed time, your upgrade costs will be refunded.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Cancellations and/or changes of orders can only be made for a period of 12 hours after your online order is submitted to us, provided manufacturing has not yet begun. If manufacturing has begun, then we cannot change or rescind the order. All cancellations and changes effected during the 12-hour period after your order is submitted will be subject to a manufacturer's restocking charge plus Payless Décor, LLC administrative expenses. In the event that you cancel your order during this 12-hour period, Payless Décor, LLC will refund your money minus the manufacturer's restocking charge, where applicable, and the Payless Décor, LLC 9% administrative charge. Under no circumstance will Payless Décor, LLC either refund any money or issue any credits for a purchase if the cancellation or change occurs at any time beyond this 12-hour period following order submission.
Returns and Purchase Errors
We are proud to offer our Satisfaction Guarantee, found at http://www.paylessdecor.com/price-match, to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. Please order a free sample and talk to our representatives if you are in doubt of the precise nature of the product you are ordering. The product information and photographs contained within our website are provided for illustrative purposes only and we cannot warrant their accuracy.
While every attempt will be made by Payless Decor to ensure that the goods sold and delivered match in every respect to any sample or description shown or given or sent to you, any minor or immaterial variation or change in color or pattern between the sample or description and the goods delivered shall not entitle you to reject the goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change. As all of our products are custom made to your exact specifications no returns or exchanges are accepted without prior authorization from Payless Decor. To receive return-authorization, please contact our customer service representatives who will issue an authorization number if deemed appropriate by Payless Decor.
Blinds will only be accepted back to our production facilities with a Return Authorization Number and in its original boxes and packaging materials. Payless Décor cannot be held liable for what may happen to a package returned without prior return-approval that is not in its original packaging because without the authorization number we may not be able to track the location of the package. Custom-made, returned merchandise without advance authorization will be subject to a liquidation fee of up to 75% of the item purchase price.
If you are ordering a product of any kind and intend on ordering more of the same product in the future, Payless Decor cannot guarantee that the die lot will be the same, the manufacturing facility will be the same, or that the product will be the same. It is recommended that any time you are placing an order, even if you own one of our products, that you request a free sample. Our associates can assist you with matching a previous order; however, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to make the final decision based upon the order confirmation, samples, and the accuracy of information provided to our representatives.
Freight Damaged Orders and Incorrect Addresses
Upon delivery and receipt of your order inspect all contents carefully. In the rare case that your blind arrives damaged due to the shipping process, please contact us immediately so that we can have your blinds repaired or remade and arrange for return of the defective merchandise. Our Customer Support Specialists must be contacted about damaged items within 10 days of receipt of your order so that they may provide a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be shipped back to our production facilities with the Return Authorization Number in the original box and with the original packing materials. Please inspect your product prior to installation, as Payless Décor is not responsible for installation fees.
Payless Décor cannot be responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that the address that you provide is correct or you will be responsible for the incremental postage necessary to re-ship your order
Backorders, Out of Stock, Discontinued Items
Payless Decor does not have direct control over back ordered items, out of stock items, and/or discontinued items. We will make the best effort to remove these items from our site within a timely manner and to notify you as soon as the information is given to us.
Sales Tax
Payless Decor, LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Georgia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
All of Payless Decor, LLC's products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, Payless Decor, LLC makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the paylessdecor.com site. Except as expressly stated herein, Payless Decor, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability, fitness, or safety for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Payless Decor, LLC arising from any product sold on the paylessdecor.com site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Payless Decor, LLC, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
Phone Orders
It is the responsibility of the customer to review by email confirmation of any order placed by phone. Payless Décor will not be held responsible for any mistakes in style, measurement or color selection that are not conveyed to customer support within 12 hours of the confirmation email being sent.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Payless Decor, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Payless Decor, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Payless Decor, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Sales & Service
All requests for technical service and support must be made via paylessdecor.com's website. We will not accept telephone requests for warranty related issues, nor can we guarantee telephone support for any customer service related issues.
Warranties with respect to the blinds/shades you are purchasing from Payless Decor, LLC are provided to you directly by the manufacturer of these products and are incorporated into your order. To read the warranty that applies to the specific blinds or shades you are ordering, please click on the Warranty links at each product's information page. PAYLESS DeCOR, LLC ITSELF DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY AND/OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH REGARD TO THE GOODS YOU ARE PURCHASING.

Order Acceptance Policy

Jurisdiction & Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Payless Decor, LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the paylessdecor.com site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Forsyth County Georgia.
If we cannot resolve a dispute regarding the application of Payless Decor, LLC Ordering, Shipping and/or Measuring Policies to your order, the dispute will be settled by an arbitrator in binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be filed in Atlanta, Georgia and the hearing relating to said arbitration shall be held at a mutually agreeable location within Fulton County, Georgia. The arbitrator will apply United States law and will award the substantially prevailing party its costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
